Meet Patty the Realtor
Patty Hardy is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Owner of Sheridan Realty specializing in pairing investors with promising properties in the rapidly growing Canyon Lake and San Antonio area. Patty was born in San Antonio, where she now raises her six children alongside her husband of 29 years.
Previously, Patty owned and managed Hardy Properties and Vacation Canyon Lake, where she has bought, sold, and rented investment properties over the past 30 years. Since buying her first property in 1990, Patty has developed a distinct eye for real estate. With her extensive experience as a property investor, Patty has a view of the local market from every angle.
Patty graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing. She is fluent in conversational Spanish, and with her communication skills, she is uniquely able to help you grow your investment portfolio.
